来自美国、英国、爱尔兰、加拿大、澳大利亚、 新西兰、南非等英语为母语的外国人如果想做英语教师，凭借TEFL、TESOL等证书，可以抵消两年工作经验。
Native English speakers from the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, etc. who wish to work as English teachers can offset two years of work experience with certificates such as TEFL and TESOL.
非英文为母语国籍的本科应届毕业生，如果不是清华北大之类的名校的话，还不能找工作。可以选择继续攻读硕士研究生或者回国工作。待有了相关两年工作经历后，可申请。
